Haha! True! Very very true. If they do not text first, they better be prepared for war. :DDD

Was just at Golden Acres in QC. It’s a home for old people who were abandoned by their families.
It was my first time and I didn’t really know what to expect. Heck, I didn’t even want to go in the first place because my mom told me I’ll be singing. But I’m really glad I changed my mind. It’s a nice way to spend one day of this whole Holiday. Giving it to those in need. Our presence itself made them happy. And most of the Lolos and Lolas there are shy. And all we had to do was come up to them and say Hi. Next thing you know, they’ll be pouring their stories at you. :)
The sad part? Not all old people there are kind. Some are almost insane. We found some locked up in single cells because they became psychotic. And it kills me seeing people like that. I always had this fondness for old people and it really breaks my heart.
Did this. HAHA! It worked. :)

So today was the celebration of our 6th year anniversary. :)
I had three gifts for him.
1st gift: Since I am the girl who doesn’t know anything in the kitchen, I surprised him with my own version of Kare-kare. He loved it! I know it was his favorite food in the world so I HAD TO LEARN how to prepare it. We also had Lechon Kawali plus Papa bought us a cake. :))
2nd gift: Made him a personalized stationery. It has our picture in it. And I wrote a letter for him there. I hardly remember the last time I wrote him a letter so I did for this very special occasion. :)
3rd gift: I bought him the perfect shirt from bench. Vintage plain dark blue shirt. Suits his color. He wore it today actually. Makes me feel even proud. :))
We also bought matching watches at Tomato. I wanted his gift for me to be something for the both of us. That was the last pair. We had searched through the entire Trinoma and SM for it. We found it in The Block. It was totally meant for us. :))
I love my boyfriend so much! :)))
I will always be my daddy’s little angel.
I miss you, Daddy.
I’m still hoping we’ll get through this.
In this changing world, it’s harder than ever to find something extraordinary, but every once in a while a symbol of hope breaks through. And this time, her name is Winter.
I could watch this movie over and over and over and I still wouldn’t have enough of it. Winter is a living proof that nothing is impossible. Winter is indeed HOPE to a lot of people. It’s simply amazing. Heartfelt..

NOVEMBER 2011

I love playing my guitar but never did I imagine myself playing on stage in front of people I don’t even know. But I managed to survive! Haha! :))
DECEMBER 2011

Conducted Battle of the Organizations 2011 at school for the students before having our Christmas Break.

Before Christmas, a friend of my Tita asked me if I could help model some clothes for Sophie Paris. It was a requirement for them so since I have nothing to do, I agreed. It was indeed an experience! :)

Spent Christmas at Paranaque with my Mom’s relatives. :)

December 27, 2011 was a memorable night for me. It was a night I suddenly blasted in my old life. I was with the girls I treated as sisters since High School. We were not always together but we find time to meet every once in a while. This night was the first time we’ve hangout since January 2011. :/
JANUARY 2012

New Year was also with my Mom’s family. This was in Via Mare at Rockwell. The Zamora kids. :)

January was busy for me as SC President. January was the celebration of the University’s Foundation Week. And before it gets a lot busier, I had a day to relax. :)

Every year the Supreme Student Council gives the students a night to enjoy. Usually they invite bands to perform. For so long the students have been asking for Parokya ni Edgar and it’s not until our term that we made that happen. And I’m proud of it. I’m really really proud of it. That night we were all tired but as Chito and his band went on stage, the crowd went wild. And just by seeing the faces of my fellow students, all the hardships and stress disappeared. :)

Right after the Students’ Night, we had the Honor’s Assembly and yes I’m part of it. 3.33 GPA baby! :)
FEBRUARY 2012

February we toured in three different La Salle schools to meet our counterparts. Went to Canlubang, Lipa, and Dasma. :)

The SC had also conducted an Eco-Formation Camp which aims to strengthen the Lasallian Faith of our students as well as to raise awareness with regards to our environment. I think I did a lot of talking that time and hopefully I had some students inspired.

Right after the Eco-Challenge. :)

Eco-Formation Camp 2012 :)
MARCH 2012

Just before the school ended I was lucky to be a participant in UP’s SQUEEEZE 2012. Though we didn’t win, it was a memorable experience.
There you have it. The highlights of my 4th year. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change anything for it was because of every experience that I ended up here, reliving every moment and making sure no matter how many years had passed I’ll always have something to look back to.

My journey started with this. Running for Presidency for the Supreme Student Council. Winning the elections opened a lot of doors for me.
JUNE 2011
The start of classes. The start of our term.

The De La Salle family was celebrating its 100th year of presence in the Philippines. We had a celebration at school. We want the students to have something to remember this special day hence the photobooth. :)))

I was not only a student leader, but also a researcher. Gained a lot of new friends. Learned that researching is not only for smart people. Research is for everyone, you just have to have the passion inside you to learn and be able to share to other what you have learned.
JULY 2011

Here comes my first Airplane ride as we went to Boracay for a convention. :)

Leisure first before business. :) We arrived a day early so even though it was raining, we explored the island. It was great experience and I’m thankful I was with these people. :)

It was indeed a memorable experience. :)
AUGUST 2011

Spent the night at Ateneo de Manila University for World Youth Day 2011. It was a night of praising the lord with songs and dances. The best part of it? We watched the Pope Live at Madrid give his message to the youth.

We didn’t care if it was raining. We stayed there.

This was an unforgettable moment. The lights were only coming from the cellphones of 10,000+ students from all over the Philippines. :)
OCTOBER 2011

And just before the start of the second semester, we went to Virac, Catanduanes to present a research. It was my first time to speak in front of professionals. And indeed it was a moment of pride for me. Seeing them in awe as we students stunned them with presenting quality researches. :)
Well that’s about it. I had a blast of a semester whether it be on my life as an SC President or as a normal student. :)
